California’s Unending Housing Problem
This arrived in my inbox while I wrote the previous post. Inventory is building up. A big concern is that even with a 90 day moratorium, this inventory is not going to be decreased in a meaningful way. Then, a surge in filings will occur. I’m actually hoping that the law is completely ineffective.
