I link to this not because there’s some reason to fear a nuclear engineer making a dirty bomb (I always assumed that a dirty bomb would be built from materials obtained from hospitals or industry, not a power plant). I reference it because NPR is discussing this kind of civil unrest. That’s different from James Howard Kunstler, who forecasts massive civil unrest every week. Is this a sign of the times?
