Crazy Nut Job
More Links

Nothing is really motivating me to write a full post. This is unlikely to change tomorrow, though I’ll at least reference the ADP employment report. Feel free to ask if there’s anything in particular you’d like an alternative viewpoint on. Instead of forced commentary, I’ll provide you with the following links.

  1. Greek debt didn’t do so well today - Greece offered €1 billion in 12 year debt and managed to sell only €390 million.

  2. New York Skyscrapers are empty - The highest vacancy rate since 1997 may indicate that our economic woes aren’t all behind us.

  3. Consumer Confidence is up - A reading of 52.5 is still pretty low. We averaged 97 during the boom years.

  4. Case Shiller rose from last month, but fell year-over-year - That’s the same as the prior link, but it seemed like it should be mentioned separately. I’m not sure if this is good news or less-bad news.

I have a pot pie and a porter (still not happy with how they turned out, but they are drinkable) to consume now. I do apologize for having very little of interest to say today. Perhaps the world will fall apart tomorrow and I will be a bastion of wit. Could happen.
