The U.S. Auto Industry and the Ripple Effect — I found this via NakedCapitalism. I keep trying to write an essay analyzing the impacts of the bailout (short answer: most of the job losses are going to happen anyway because of falling demand), but I’m lazy. I’m confident the bailout will happen. It’s going to be unpopular, though. Still, this is a pretty decent propaganda piece.
