Whether rates are high or low, evidence shows our tax system won’t collect more than 20% of GDP.
This is being critiqued in several places as well (particularly fun commentary on Financial Armageddon). This further adds to my interest in which path Britain chooses. We will be faced with a similar choice in the near future, and we may be closer to our limits than we anticipate.
