That’s easy: Biblical Jubilee!
Declare the world insolvent. Declare bankruptcy. Pay a lot of bankruptcy lawyers and judges (and probably some diplomats) to sort out the obligations that can be made good. Not necessarily in that order. Prepackaged bankruptcies are probably the least painful. Mandate everyone involved read Henry Hazlitt and Hyman Minsky (for ideological balance). Buy a bigger boat. Resign and hide from the public for the rest of my life.
